When we talk about serious wine, Bordeaux is a SERIOUS wine. The paradigm for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this region of France is world class, both for its quality and its impact on the wine world. We'll taste through Left Bank Bordeaux (predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon) and Right Bank Bordeaux (predominantly Merlot) and give you a basic breakdown of the region.
